With the gradual increase of deep Wells, ultra-deep Wells, corroded Wells and partial wear Wells in oilfield exploitation, the environment of Wells and mines is bad, the mining is more difficult, and the overloaded Wells of oil pumping units are increasing day by day. Therefore, a new type of sucker rod with high strength, light weight, anti-corrosion, anti-fatigue, anti-partial wear, energy-saving, convenient operation and operation is urgently needed.
At present, common steel sucker rod is used, but it has some problems: high density, low strength, poor corrosion resistance, can not meet the needs of deep well, ultra-deep well, corrosion well and other special oil well crude oil exploitation, become the weak link in the rod pump pumping system. In order to overcome the shortcomings of ordinary steel sucker rod, the carbon fiber sucker rod independently developed by our company has been tested in Changqing, Daqing and other oilfields at the end of 2021, and the load reduction and production increase effects are obvious.
